Superheroes have been around for over 70 years. Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman have been saving the world for absolutely ages and their stories still feature in comics and pack out cinemas to this day!
Superhero powers can be a number of different things. It could be super strength (Hulk), climbing and jumping (Spider-Man), flight (Superman), speed (Wonder Woman) or some even rely on lots of gadgets to help them fight forces of evil (Batman).
Having a superpower is often used against superheroes when they come face to face with a range of villains, who themselves have a number of powers (and gadgets) up their sleeves. But luckily for us, superheroes always seem to manage to turn things around and save the day. Phew!
